Design Notes

In our case, to assemble the 3 subpart the golden gate technique was used, therefore we had to add BsaI sequence and compatible overhang to the BBa_K4577001 sequence.


Source

pPSAD and tPSAD sequences come from the MoClo kit while the sequence of BBa_K457701 is made of a cds sequence of srAOX protein which has been codon optimized for C.reinhardtii and intron engineered with intron sequences.
